  • Custom & Limited-Edition Items: May take up to 5–7 business days to process due to the specialized care required for production.

  • Shipping Costs: Already included in the product price. You pay no additional shipping fees at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping: Currently unavailable since standard shipping is included, but express options may be offered in the future.

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your shipment directly through our website or the carrier’s portal.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors or your local postal office before contacting us. If your order cannot be located, our team will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

International Shipping

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
